Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Policy Details: Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a $75 fee. No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided the required notice, the $75 fee will also apply.
